- Cracked large glazed units on the façade of the Painter Building needed replacing, alongside a separate window replacement, while the building stayed open.
- What we did
- We erected an access tower, set out controlled work zones, and used specialist vacuum lifting equipment with four engineers to remove the damaged units and install the replacements.
- The result
- The new glazed units are installed and sealed, restoring a clean, consistent façade at street and lightwell level.
