- The brief
- A double glass entrance in a City office was failing to close and hold, affecting security on the floor.
- What we did
- We set up a barriered zone, removed both glass leaves, replaced the two floor springs, reinstalled the doors and aligned the maglock.
- The result
- Both leaves now close and hold correctly and the maglock engages first time.

Do you work as a subcontractor to FM providers?
Yes. We carry out reactive door and glazing repairs, planned maintenance and make-safe work for FM teams, managing agents and main contractors, on a per-job or contract basis.
What accreditations do you hold?
CHAS Gold and Constructionline Gold, with £10m public liability, employer's liability and professional indemnity cover. Certificates are included in our supplier pack.
Can you work to our helpdesk and PO process?
Yes. We can take jobs by email or through your system, quote against your PO numbers and send a photo report with each completed job so the ticket can be closed.
What response times do you work to?
Urgent door and glazing failures are attended the same day where possible, and our 24/7 line covers sites that can't be secured. Response times for a contract are agreed with you as part of onboarding.
Which areas do you cover?
London and the South East, including Kent, Essex and Surrey, from our base in Swanley, Kent.
Can you send RAMS before attending?
Yes. Site-specific RAMS and method statements are provided before works start, including for occupied buildings and out-of-hours working.
