Floor spring repairs · Case study
Glass Door Floor Spring Replacement & Adjustment
Planned floor spring replacement and adjustment at a prestigious City of London office building. The original floor spring had corroded and was leaking hydraulic oil, causing the frameless glass door to drop and scrape the threshold. We excavated the floor box, removed the failed unit, and installed a new AXIM TC-8800 floor spring with precision levelling shims. New stainless steel cover plates were fitted and the door rehung with adjusted top pivot brackets for perfect alignment.

- Door repair
“Super super company, cannot thank Zach and the team enough, we are a 24 hour Gym and had a security issue with our door and alarm system which needed a complete replacement door frame, door and new magnetic lock alarm system, the price was very reasonable, the work was carried out to a phenomenally high standard, the work was clean, tidy and exceptional. The service was top notch and the clean up afterwards was showroom quality, efficient service and very personable and would highly highly recommend these guys. There simply is not enough words or superlatives to say how great these guys and look no further”
